During my stay, I loved the short walk of less than 5 minutes to the RSC Theatre and appreciated the beautiful views of Bancroft Gardens right outside my window, which made my walks around the city so enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I found my room comfortable, and it was great to have parking available at a reasonable price, making my explorations stress-free.

Loved the local culinary scene, especially Riverside Tea Garden's treats! The staff were top-notch, super welcoming, and the cozy bar area was perfect for grabbing a local pint after a long day of exploring....

I booked a night at Swan's Nest to celebrate my 50th wedding anniversary with my wife. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and the room upgrade was an absolutely delightful surprise. The staff's gesture of offering us a welcome drink made us feel special. The decor and ambiance of the room genuinely impressed us. However, I found the external door near the car park should've been locked to ensure more security. We enjoyed our time at breakfast, but the quality could be improved. The food was decent, but it didn't meet the expectations set by the hotel's offerings. The location was perfect for our strolls around Stratford-upon-Avon, making up for minor hiccups during our stay. Overall, I appreciated the friendliness of the hotel staff and their efforts to create a memorable experience, while also hoping for enhancements in certain aspects of the service.
